0** or 1**. If it isn't either 0 or 1, then he _might_ get threated as an non admin!

**0 will disallow him to add/remove admins.
**1 will allow him to add/remove other admins in game.

Things he can't do - If he has "kick" in his limit, then he will NOT be able to kick people. Seperate with a "," (comma). You can also set the flag to 0** or Nothing**. To see a complete flag list click here.

**0 = He has no limits, therefore he can use all commands. It could actually be anything, you could set it to "iasdjaisda", if you want, just as long as it isn't a flag, nor "nothing" - Personally I prefer "everything", as it makes most sense to me.
**Nothing = He can't do anything at all. It is somewhat nonsense, why would you list him in here, if you don't want him to be able to do anything... but meh...
