When a player joins the server the rules menu is displayed. The player has to agree or disagree to the rules. If the player disagrees he or she will be kicked from the server.
How to add new rules:
Open, "ADDONS/EVENTSCRIPTS/EASYRULES/ruleslist.txt"
Then for each rule add a new line. There is 10 "default" rules.
Installation
Extract to your cstrike
Edit the rules if you like located at eventscripts/easyrules/ruleslist.txt
Add es_load easyrules to your server.cfg
Restart server
